From Investment property financing, and conventional home Loans, to VA Loans, and even private money, I can help you search for the funding to make your purchase happen.
About Thad
Born and raised in rural NorCal, I have lived all over the west coast in urban centers and small towns. Drawn here from San Diego by a tech career, I started calling the gold country home in 2006. As my family grew, I had the rare opportunity to stay at home with my small children for several years including homeschool. Previous real estate experience as a buyer, seller, and landlord had given me a keen interest in the field and in 2016, I transitioned out of my tech career and into home life, and pursued a real estate license. As I phased out of my time at home, I also acquired a Loan Originator's license and decided to try to build a diversified real estate practice in real estate finance, sales, and property management.
